GAME OF CHANCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Header Terms and the General Terms together form the Promotion Terms and Conditions and must be read in conjunction with one another. To the extent of any inconsistency, the Header Terms shall prevail. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL TERMS

Promotion Period & Eligibility

1. The Promotion commences on the Promotion Start Date and concludes on the Promotion End Date ("Promotion Period"). All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt and not at the time of sending by Entrants. Entries received after the Promotion Period are ineligible and will not be accepted.
2. Any person who does not meet the Eligibility Requirements, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion, will be deemed ineligible and shall not be considered an Entrant.

Number of Entries

3. Entrants are only permitted to submit one (1) Entry. If an Entrant is determined by the Promoter to have submitted multiple Entries, they may be deemed ineligible and disqualified from the Promotion.

Determination of Winner, Notification, Announcement and Prize Claim Period

4. This is a game of chance. Entrants will be randomly drawn on the Award Date by way of automated third-party software and determined to be a Winner. The Promoter may also draw reserve winners to be awarded the Prize if a Winner is determined to be ineligible, refuses the Prize or fails to respond within the Prize Claim Period.
5. The Winner will be notified by email using the email address provided in their Entry. No responsibility is taken for invalid or incorrect email details. If delivery fails, the Promoter may award the Prize to a Reserve Winner. The Promoter may also contact the Winner by telephone if a phone number has been provided.
6. Winner names will be published on the Winner Announcement Page in the format of first name and initial of last name.
7. The Prize Claim Period is the period between the Award Date and the Unclaimed Prize Award Date.

General Terms

1. The Winner is only entitled to the Prize outlined above. No Winner is entitled to any additional prizing or cash reimbursement. The Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No compensation is payable if the Winner cannot receive any aspect of the Prize.
2. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters, and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. The Promoter will not be responsible for any costs associated with winning the Prize unless specifically stated in these Terms and Conditions.
4. If for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control the Prize cannot be supplied as advertised, the Promoter may provide a substitute prize in its discretion. The Promoter may also cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the Promotion if it is not capable of running as planned.
5. If the Winner does not respond by the day before the Unclaimed Prize Award Date, the Promoter may award the Prize to a Reserve Winner. Additional reserve winners may be selected until the Prize is claimed.
6. Entries must not contain obscene, offensive, inappropriate or unlawful content. The Promoter may remove and disqualify any Entry it considers inappropriate.
7. By entering the Promotion, Entrants agree that the Promoter may use their contact details for future competitions, marketing or publicity purposes unless otherwise indicated. 8. Each Entry becomes the property of the Promoter and Entrants assign all rights, title and interest, including intellectual property rights, in the Entry to the Promoter worldwide and in perpetuity.
9. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all warranties and conditions and accepts no liability for any defect in the Prize or any loss or damage suffered in connection with the Promotion or Prize.
10. The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, misdirected or incomprehensible entries, nor for any technical failures affecting participation in the Promotion.
11. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from winning the Prize. Entrants should seek independent financial advice.
12. The Prize will be awarded to the person named in the Entry submission form. In the event of a dispute, the Prize will be awarded to the account holder of the entry mechanism used.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all Entries and to disqualify Entrants who tamper with the entry process or act in bad faith.
14. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Westfield, Spotify or Apple Music. Entrant information is disclosed to the Promoter and not to those parties.
